The POWER IS IN OUR COLLECTIVE MEMORY.

I have a simple dream: a world in which men are held to the same public standard as the women they so often harm. I've created a live database of powerful men accused of sexual and domestic abuse, and I'll continue adding as long as I'm able to. Together, we can continue exposing the double standards in our society.

SHARE YOUR STORY WITH ME

I want to support as many survivors as possible–even if I'm unable to make a full video about your story, I'm happy to listen, provide resources, and add names to the list. If I do have the capacity to share, you will always have the choice to stay anonymous.

SURVIVOR RESOURCES

I've put together some online resources for survivors and maps for local clinics. Never forget to lean on your people.

***DISCLAIMER***

This citizen journalism project compiles accusations of famous men’s abuse based on public record and direct outreach from survivors. Some accusations have led to criminal or civil actions, and where that’s true, I do my best to include the outcome or status of the case.
This project was born from anger about the double standards in our society. Famous women are cancelled for ‘allegations’ they are unfriendly, and famous men often face allegations about sexual assault and domestic violence that seem to stay with the public far less. This project is about our collective memory; inclusion on this list does not prove innocence or guilt.

According to the Justice Department's analysis of violent crime in 2016, nearly 80% of rape and sexual assault cases go unreported. And when they are reported, 98% of perpetrators walk free; resulting in the re-traumatization of survivors on a mass scale.

Exposing the Double Standard

I'm doing my best to help expose the double standard that exists within our society. I created this website to support survivors and create a working collective memory of the hurt that so many have endured.
